1. Purchases
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice.
JÉDAN COUTURE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must remain in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging, labels, and protective elements intact.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may have special return conditions. Please contact customerservice@jedancouture.com for guidance.

3. Shipping
Complimentary shipping applies to orders of $2,000 or more.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
JÉDAN COUTURE is not liable for delays due to carrier or customs procedures.

4. Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and carefully processed within 14 business days, ensuring each piece is inspected and handled with the attention it deserves.

5. Repairs & Alterations
While we do not offer a formal warranty, we are committed to the longevity of each creation.
For repair inquiries, please contact customerservice@jedancouture.com. Repairs are assessed individually, and costs are provided for your approval before work is undertaken.

6. Customer Service
At JÉDAN COUTURE, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional, personal experience. Every client is treated with care and respect, and we continuously seek feedback to enhance our services. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.
Information such as your name, address, email, and payment details is collected solely to fulfill orders and provide a personalized experience.
Information is never shared with third parties except as required for order processing or legal compliance.

All content, designs, images, sketches, and text on this website are the property of JÉDAN COUTURE.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
All designs are original; JÉDAN COUTURE does not copy or imitate the work of other designers or brands.

9. Custom Orders & Design Integrity
JÉDAN COUTURE is not a custom-order studio. On select occasions, when inspired and led by creative vision, custom or made-to-order pieces may be offered.
Each request is carefully considered to ensure alignment with the brand’s artistic vision, faith, and couture standards.
The house reserves the right to decline any order that falls outside its design focus, aesthetic principles, or creative values, including requests for garments outside the intended gender category of a collection.

10. Care & Handling
Proper care is required to maintain the integrity of fabrics and craftsmanship.
JÉDAN COUTURE is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or handling.
Detailed care instructions accompany each garment and should be followed closely.

11. Special Event & Private Viewing Purchases
Orders placed at exclusive events or private showings follow the same return, exchange, and refund policies as online orders unless otherwise specified.

12. Liability & Dispute Resolution
JÉDAN COUTURE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Any disputes will be addressed in good faith and, if necessary, resolved according to applicable law.
Clients agree to engage in good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal action.

13. Force Majeure
JÉDAN COUTURE is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
 
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JÉDAN COUTURE operates.
By continuing to use our website and purchasing our creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All model profiles featured on this site are published with the individual’s permission.

JÉDAN COUTURE is not acting as an agency, manager, or representative for any model.

We make no guarantees of work, bookings, or opportunities.

Profiles are displayed solely for visibility and creative presentation.

Models may request edits or removal of their personal information at any time.
